I really love TED talks. This one is about confidence and body language and the way you hold yourself affecting how you feel and perceptions of you and faking it until you make it. 

I believe a lot in the things you tell yourself being a self fulfilling cycle! Telling yourself that you’re a delight when you start to feel bad about something, taking a minute to pretend you’re wonder woman when you dont feel so awesome, etc. I think the things you say and do to/about yourself end up seeping into your brain and eventually you start to believe it, even if you think its a lie at first. (and it most definitely is not a lie. I can confirm that every single one of you is a delight.)
